Where does Bloire ship ?

Bloire ships everywhere in the United States, Canada & Europe.

We also ship internationally to any location accessible by major carriers. Please note that you are responsible for import fees and duties on international shipments.

How much does shipping cost ?

United States & Canada
Shipping is free for orders over $75 Our standard rate for other orders is $15.

UK & Europe

For orders of more than $75, shipping is free. Our standard rate for other orders is $15. Please note that duties & import fees may apply.

Rest of the World
International shipments do not qualify for free shipping. Please note that duties & import fees may apply.

When will I receive my order ?

It depends on your location. Our small team of cat workers is packing as fast as possible! Right below are the expected delivery times, depending on your location and shipping option.

United States :

Ground Shipping5-10 business days - $15 or Free on orders over $75

Expedited2-4 business days - $25

Canada :

Ground Shipping5-10 business days - $15 or Free on orders over $75

International :
We will do our best to dispatch your order promptly after you have placed it, according to the delivery option you've selected. Dispatch is within 5 days of placing the order.

What payment methods does Bloire accept ?

Join in on the fun! We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards for purchase transactions at checkout. Our trusted partners over at payment processors like PayPal take care of everything else so that all eyes can focus solely on what really matters: cuddles from your furry friend!

Can I change my shipping address once the order has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow any shipping address changes once an order has been placed. Please contact us via email at hello@bloire.com and we will do everything in our power to help you.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your Bloire purchases, that is why we offer FREE RETURNS. We all want to reduce our environmental footprint, so please check the sizing chart before buying your products to minimize returns. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any unused products within thirty days (30) of the date of delivery. Kindly note we can't accept returns of even lightly used products. The package should contain original packaging and receipts.

Kindly note that we do not reimburse duties paid by the customer upon the arrival of the package.

What if my item is damaged?

All our items are checked for premium quality standards, but we are not immune to mistakes. If your item is damaged due to shipping or a defect, we will be happy to exchange it or offer a gift card of the same value to be used on our website. If your item gets damaged due to daily use, we cannot accept its return or exchange. 

Please reach out at hello@bloire.com for any returns of a damaged item.

Are any items not returnable?

Please take note that sale items, customized items and items that have been used or altered are non-refundable.

What is the return policy if I received my parcel as a gift?

If you need to return the gift you received, we will issue you a Bloire gift card of equal value to the gift you received that may be used for five years after it has been issued. The item must be unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging to be returned.  

Pre-orders

Why do you offer pre-orders ?

Pre-orders help us invest in new exciting accessories for our cats. By knowing your interest in certain styles, we can get you premium quality and great design and offer it to you at a much more affordable price. Think of it as Kickstarter where you'll be among the first to get your hands on some amazing cat products while helping a small business.

When will I get my pre-order ?

When you pre-order, you invest in future cat products, so you might have to wait a few months to get your products, but don't worry, we'll keep you informed on all the development. It's an exciting new journey because your cat and home deserve great accessories.

Where does the Bloire name come from?

Bloire comes from the combination of the French words Blanc & Noire, meaning white & black. Put together, you get Bl-oire. Bloire represents the perfect colour combination, the balance in everything. Above all, it is the colour of the two most precious beings for me, my two cats, Benjamin, and Theodore. My two beautiful rescues bring light to my life every day and are the reason I founded Bloire and, because I know, that like me, other cat parents were looking for beautiful and timeless cat accessories to match their lifestyle and their desires.
